- Integration of the organization’s DNA in the learning modules and help the teams connect and be consciously aware of DNA application at work
- SWOT exercises were conducted to map a desired path to reinforce/ build an eco system where the participants could explore career opportunities within Sonata and expand their thoughts aligned to Sonata’s vision and the big picture

An online survey was rolled-out internally for both participants and managers to measure learning Effectiveness after 45 days of attending the workshop
